In my psychosis, I thought that I would one day conduct my own band, like Frank Zappa did, and I started to make hand movements to train the coordination. It developed into a kind of dancing with the hands over the years. Relatively new is that I make videos with this freestyle sometimes with music in the background, in this case the piano that was recorded shortly beforehand.
